Initially, it was terrifying to share what I found to be very private information. But then I realized it was fantastic to get instant feedback from all of you viewers and thereby quickly fix my bad habits.

Let me share what my company earned in 2021 AND how much I earned as an RPA Developer in the Danish software company Lessor A/S.

My RPA Company

In December 2021, I decided to quit corporate life and follow my dream.

Quiting my RPA Developer job in Lessor A/S wasn't easy, as I had outstanding colleagues, and we were all working on a fantastic product (payroll and HR software). So what made you quit and say hello to a low and highly volatile income?

Freedom:

  • Spend time with my family when I want
  • Work on the things I find exciting
    • RPA Education
    • RPA content creation for SoMe
  • No roof over my potential financial income in the future

  • Gross pay: $8,213/monthly or $98,556/yearly
    • Pension scheme (10%): $720/monthly
    • Other benefits (bonus, presents, etc.): $200/monthly
    • Raw pay:  $7,203/monthly

    Hej Anders, Min mand har siden jeg mødte ham for 17 år siden, altid ville automatisere alt der var muligt. Mine svigerforældre fortæller at hans tankegang var sådan fra lille dreng (han er 45 år idag ) Vi har 4 piger, 15, 10, 6,0 år. Jeg har aldrig forstået mig på hans tilgang til at simple gøre alt. Jeg er nu begyndt at forstå ham lidt og ikke modarbejde hans møde at tænke på. Efter 12 år, fik han mig overtalt til at uddanne sig som datamatiker. Vi havde nogen hårde år rent økonomisk. Men han blev gladere og gladere for hver dag. Han arbejder som RPA udvikler. Men allerede nu er hans mindset videre og han vil udvikle mere og specielt mere detalje og specifikt hvis man kan sige det sådan. Kan du hjælpe mig med nogen programmer, kurser hjemmesider eller andet som jeg kan fortælle ham omkring. Det skal siges at jeg intet forstand har på it, vores børn er bedre end mig. Jeg har bare så dårlig samvittighed over at jeg altid har fortalt ham at han er doven og tænker ikke som andre mennesker. Fordi han vil fjerne alt mellemliggende for at hurtig eller dygtiggøre noget.
