Questions we often get
Who is our agreement with?
All initial contact and onboarding go through andersjensenorg. We select the specialists we introduce you to. If you choose an external specialist, your agreement is directly with them. The specialist is responsible for the consulting agreement, the work, delivery obligations, any NDA, and invoicing. andersjensenorg is not a party to that agreement and is not liable for the specialist's work.
Who builds the solutions?
In most cases, your team builds the solutions with our guidance, so you learn the tools and keep the knowledge in-house. Where needed, we can also build solutions directly for you.
How do you work?
Hands-on, the way you know it from andersjensenorg on YouTube. We start with tasks from your organisation, and you set the pace and priorities.
Do we need to prepare?
Normally not. We work directly together during the sessions, and workshop programs do not include a separate preliminary analysis. If preparation is needed, it may be invoiced based on time spent.
Can we get an NDA?
Yes, we are happy to sign an NDA. For programs with an external specialist, any NDA and confidentiality obligations are agreed directly between you and the specialist. We always act as if an NDA were already in place.
Terms for consulting
Show terms: Hour packages, planning, meetings, rescheduling, expiry, and ownership
- Hour package sizes
- 15 hours: €4,150. 30 hours: €6,950. 60 hours: €12,600. All prices are excl. VAT.
- Planning
- Workshop days are booked with a fixed date from the start. Hour-package sessions can be arranged as separate sessions of at least 60 minutes, or combined into fewer, longer sessions, whichever suits you best.
- Microsoft Teams
- Hour-package sessions and the follow-up after a workshop day are held as interactive sessions via Microsoft Teams with screen sharing and video. It puts the time into the actual work and keeps scheduling flexible. The workshop day itself takes place on-site with you.
- In-person meetings
- Workshop days always take place on-site with you. Hour-package sessions can also be held on-site if you prefer. For hour packages, travel time is invoiced as time spent. For both workshop days and hour packages, actual expenses for bridge, ferry, driving, and accommodation are invoiced where relevant.
- Session times
- Sessions normally take place between 08:00 and 16:00 Danish local time, with occasional evening sessions between 20:00 and 22:00.
- Rescheduling and cancellation
- You can reschedule hour-package sessions free of charge up to 48 hours before they start. Later changes may be charged in full because the time has been reserved for you. Workshop days are booked for a fixed date and can only be rescheduled by special agreement.
- Expiry
- Purchased hour packages typically expire one year after the time of purchase. Workshop days have no expiry date, because they are booked with a fixed date from the start.
- Ownership of materials
- You own all material, code, and solutions created during the sessions. If you purchase access to andersjensenorg learning materials such as e-learning or live courses, our standard terms apply to those.
