This course takes you from using ChatGPT as a regular user to building with OpenAI's API. We work with Postman, Python, chatbots, streaming, assistants, function calling, Excel/VBA integration, and Codex: the toolkit that lets you build AI solutions instead of only consuming them.

  • Using the OpenAI API: Gain a practical understanding of API usage, including creating and managing API keys and making requests to OpenAI's API to leverage ChatGPT in your own projects.
  • Excel integration: Discover how you can use ChatGPT to enhance your work in Excel, e.g. writing formulas and conducting analyses to automate tasks and create custom workflows.
  • Automation with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop: Explore how you can automate workflows using Power Automate Desktop and integrate ChatGPT for smarter and more efficient workflows.
  • Codex for code improvement: Learn to use Codex to analyze, improve, and debug code. Utilize AI to enhance development and collaboration through GitHub and Visual Studio Code.

  Changes: New features are continuously added to ChatGPT. When appropriate, we incorporate these into the course to ensure coverage of the newest functionalities. Therefore, the above topics may be adjusted accordingly.

• Prerequisites

• Duration and location

  The training lasts a full day (7 hours) on a date and at a location we agree on together. The course can be held on-site or online, whichever suits you best.

  Online, we draw on our extensive experience from the YouTube channel and deliver an engaging, interactive learning environment.

  On-site, we are happy to travel where needed. Transport and accommodation are added by individual agreement.

• Equipment and licenses

  The training is carried out on the participants' own computers. Access to ChatGPT Plus and an OpenAI API key is required.

• Format

  The course combines live teaching with flexible e-learning content. That combination suits different learning styles and schedules.

  Expect a practical and interactive learning environment both live and in the e-learning. You work with concrete examples, take part in problem-solving, and get guidance from our instructors.

• E-learning

  Participants get access to our always-updated practical e-learning on the I Love Automation platform, which can be used before, during, and after the training.

• Number of participants

  For the most engaging and practical experience, we recommend up to about 15 participants per course. That ensures everyone has room to engage, ask questions, and get the support they need from the instructor.
