• Lessons

  The course covers Microsoft 365 Copilot thoroughly and includes:

  • Introduction to AI, chatbots, and GPT: Learn the fundamentals of AI, chatbots, and GPT technology.
  • Chat: Techniques and tips for writing effective prompts and getting the best answers from Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Practical exercises: Hands-on opportunities to try Microsoft 365 Copilot in your favourite Microsoft 365 applications, e.g.:
  • Excel: Data handling, visualisation, and presentation techniques that unlock Excel's potential.
  • Teams: Summarise chats and track activities to improve teamwork and project management.
  • Outlook: Efficient email handling and meeting coordination that optimises your planning.
  • Word: Focused training in text editing, formatting, and language checking for high-quality documents.
  • PowerPoint: Design engaging presentations and refine the content into a compelling story.
  • Notebook: Organise and summarise project content with AI, including written summaries and audio summaries for on-the-go use.
  • Agents: Build task-focused AI assistants that automate work, answer questions, and support decision-making in Microsoft 365.
  • Vision and Image Generator: Use images to digitise notes, find errors, give feedback, or create images from words.

  Changes: New features are added to Microsoft 365 Copilot continuously. When relevant, we incorporate them into the course to cover the latest capabilities, so the topics above may change accordingly.

• Target audience

  The course is for anyone who wants to work more effectively with AI and use Microsoft 365 Copilot in their daily work, especially people in administration, project management, education, marketing, finance, and IT.

• Prerequisites

  You do not need to know anything about AI beforehand. You only need some familiarity with Microsoft 365 and a willingness to try something new.

• Duration and location

  The course lasts a full day (7 hours). We agree on the date and location with you, and you choose whether it runs on-site or online.

  Online, we draw on our experience from the YouTube channel to keep the teaching lively and interactive on screen.

  On-site, we come to you. Travel and accommodation are added to the price by agreement.

• Equipment and licences

  The course runs on the participants' own computers via your Microsoft 365 Copilot licence.

• Format

  The course combines live teaching with practical exercises. Participants work through examples and tasks themselves, with help from the instructor.

• E-learning

  Participants get access to our e-learning during the course and can use it afterwards at their own pace. It lives on I Love Automation, where the content is kept up to date. There are also active communities where participants can get help applying what they learned to their own work.

• Number of participants

  We recommend up to about 15 participants per course. That leaves room for everyone to take part, ask questions, and get help from the instructor.
