  During this 1-day course, we cover the following topics through relevant use cases:

  • Introduction to RPA and Microsoft Power Automate: A clear overview of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and how Power Automate fits into your daily work. We explore how the tools make routine tasks more efficient without requiring any coding skills.
  • Process mapping and documentation: Before automating, it is important to understand each step in a task. You learn simple ways to map and record your workflows, so you know precisely where automation can save you time and effort.
  • Building your first flows: Learn how to create automated flows from scratch or use the built-in AI features in Copilot in Power Automate Desktop as your helper.
  • Testing and managing automation: After building flows, you need to test them, fix potential errors, and roll them out in a real-world setting using best practices for keeping everything running smoothly over time.
  • Expanding functionality with AI and integrations: Explore how AI can enhance your flows and how to connect Power Automate with other Microsoft tools, so you can keep building on what you learned after the course.

  Changes: New features are continuously added to Power Automate. When appropriate, we incorporate these in the course to ensure coverage of the newest functionalities. Thus, the above topics may change accordingly.

• Target audience

  The course is for anyone who wants to automate repetitive tasks, regardless of technical background. It suits both individuals and whole teams that want to use automation and AI in their daily work.

• Prerequisites

  You do not need experience with RPA or AI. Some familiarity with Microsoft 365 helps, and you should want to try something new.

• Duration and location

  The course lasts a full day (7 hours). We agree on the date and location with you, and you choose whether it runs on-site or online.

  Online, we draw on our experience from the YouTube channel to keep the teaching lively and interactive on screen.

  On-site, we come to you. Travel and accommodation are added to the price by agreement.

• Equipment and licences

  The course runs on the participants' own computers. Access to Microsoft Power Automate is required.

• Format

  The course combines live teaching with practical exercises. Participants work through examples and tasks themselves, with help from the instructor.

• E-learning

  Participants get access to our e-learning during the course and can use it afterwards at their own pace. It lives on I Love Automation, where the content is kept up to date. There are also active communities where participants can get help applying what they learned to their own work.

• Number of participants

  We recommend up to about 15 participants per course. That leaves room for everyone to take part, ask questions, and get help from the instructor.
