Frequently asked questions
Copilot Studio or a custom GPT? Which should we choose?
It depends on your platform and data. If you run Microsoft 365 and the agent needs SharePoint, Teams, and your internal data, Copilot Studio is the natural choice. If the task is narrower, or you already work in ChatGPT, a custom GPT can be faster to get started with. We assess it together based on the task.
What does it cost to run a Copilot Studio agent?
Copilot Studio is billed in credits, and the cost depends on how much the agent is used and whether users hold a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. We have written an article with a calculator so you can work it out for your own situation. The link is at the bottom of this page.
Can we maintain the agent ourselves afterwards?
Yes, that is the goal. We prefer to build together with you so your own people know the solution. If you expect to build many agents, we recommend a programme that enables you to continue on your own, combined with proper governance.
What is an AI work system?
A setup where an agent such as Claude Code or Copilot Cowork works directly in your files, knowledge, and systems under fixed rules, instead of you copying text in and out of a chat. It suits recurring tasks that involve many documents.
