Everything practical about the consulting program, gathered in one place.

• Commercial relationship

  andersjensenorg introduces you to carefully selected external specialists. The consulting agreement itself, the delivery, the responsibility for the delivery, and the invoicing take place directly between you and the specialist.

• Price

  Consulting programs are only offered in packages of minimum 30 hours for EUR 6,640 / DKK 49,500 (+ VAT if applicable). Smaller programs are not offered, because real progress typically requires dedicated time together. Most organizations use the first 30 hours to prototype solutions, train the team, and lay out an automation or AI roadmap.

• About

  Expert advice and training in automation and AI, delivered directly by experienced external specialists that andersjensenorg introduces you to. The goal is to help you succeed with your initiatives in Microsoft, OpenAI, or UiPath, without tying you to large and expensive consulting projects.

• Tools

  Our selected external specialists work with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT.

• Approach

  Hands-on and practical, in the same teaching style known from andersjensenorg on YouTube. The sessions start from concrete use cases in your organization, and you decide the pace and priorities yourself.

• Team

  Depending on your needs, you work with an external specialist with relevant expertise in automation or AI. The specialists we introduce you to have extensive experience with the tools and technologies they teach.

• Planning

  Arrange separate sessions of minimum 60 minutes, or combine them into fewer, longer sessions, whichever suits you best.

• Microsoft Teams

  We recommend interactive sessions via Microsoft Teams with screen sharing and video. It puts the time into the actual work and keeps scheduling flexible.

• In-person meetings

  If you prefer in-person meetings, that is possible. Transport is invoiced based on travel time spent and, where relevant, actual expenses for bridge/ferry, driving, and accommodation.

• Availability

  Sessions are generally available between 08:00 and 16:00 CET, with occasional evening slots between 20:00 and 22:00 CET.

• Preparation

  The best learning experience happens when we work directly together during the sessions. Preparation is therefore normally not needed. If preparation is necessary, it may be invoiced based on time spent.

• Rescheduling and cancellation

  You can make changes freely up to 48 hours before a planned session. Changes less than 48 hours before may be invoiced in full out of respect for the specialist's time.

• Expiry

  Purchased hours typically expire one year after the time of purchase.

• Access to data and maintenance

  In most cases the external specialists guide you while you build the solutions yourselves, so your team learns it and keeps the knowledge in-house. If needed, the specialists can also build solutions directly for you. You keep full ownership of all solutions created.

• Confidentiality

  The external specialists are happy to sign an NDA. Any NDA and confidentiality obligations are agreed directly between you and the specialist. The specialists build every collaboration on mutual trust and always act as if an NDA were already in place.

• Ownership of materials

  You own all material, code, and solutions created during the sessions. If you purchase access to andersjensenorg learning material such as e-learning or live courses, our standard terms apply to that.
